What we collect

When you send us the sign-up form, we keep what you typed: your name, email, phone number if you gave one, business name, your answers about your project, and any link or note you added. We also keep a record of our messages to you and your replies, and whether you agreed to texts.

Why

To contact you about your project, prepare your proposal, run the work, show your progress on the tracking page, and send you updates by email and, if you agreed, by text.

Who sees it

Our team. We use a few service providers to run the system (database hosting, email delivery and text delivery). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Your tracking page

Your project page opens only with your tracking ID and the email you signed up with. It shows your project's stage and the notes we wrote for you, never our internal notes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts. To see, fix or delete your information, reply to any email from us and we will take care of it.
